Extracurriculars
Interscholastic sports are not permitted at the time of publication of this guidance. Low-risk activities, such as those outlined in the DOH’s “Interim Guidance for Sports and Recreation During the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency,” will be permitted if they can be conducted in a safe way following social distancing and cleaning protocols.
More specific information on extracurricular activities and athletics will be forthcoming.
Childcare
Before-school care will be provided in the Elementary gymnasium beginning at 7:00 a.m. until the school day begins. This program will be staffed and run by the YMCA and will follow all aspects of this plan.
Afterschool care will be offered for UPK students in the Elementary gymnasium. This program will be staffed and run by the YMCA and will follow all aspects of this plan.
