Congratulations to our elementary students who were recognized at a recent PBIS assembly! Staff and students at Duanesburg Elementary School have been focusing on the trait of THANKFULNESS throughout the month of November. Each homeroom teacher, PK through grade 5, as well as our art, music and P.E. teachers at DES, nominated one student from their classroom to be presented with the “Glowing With Thankfulness” award. Recipients included:

- Kindergarten: Colson Plant and Abigail Mikus
- First Grade: Jamison Talmadge, Connor Lahey, and Jason Nowak
- Second Grade: Macie Remillard, Gabby Macherone, and Caden Bisnett
- Third Grade: Quincy Zusman, George Rossi, and Mason Killenberger
- Fourth Grade: Sophia DeLorenzo and Jisele Menzies
- Fifth Grade: Mikayla Rivenburg, Samantha Moses, and Tamasin Gorsuch
