AUTHORIZATIONS:
Approve the authorization of the Purchasing Officer to participate in other government agency purchasing agreements, bids and purchasing contracts when it is determined to be in the best interest of the District in 2019-2020.
Approve the authorization of the Superintendent to apply for Federal, State and local grants.
Approve allowance for school business mileage to be paid at the IRS standard mileage rate.
Approve the establishment of the following Petty Cash accounts:
General Fund – $100      Elizabeth Fiorini – authorized signer

BONDING OF PERSONNEL:
A blanket bond for employee dishonesty of $900,000 shall cover each employee.  The Internal Claims Auditor shall be covered by the $900,000 employee bond.  The District Treasurer shall be covered by bond of $1.3M. The position of the Tax Collector shall be covered by bond of $4M.

ADOPT PUBLIC OFFICERS LAW 18 & EDUCATION LAW 3811.
RESOLVED that the Duanesburg Central School District shall supplement the protection given all board members, officers and employees of the school district acting within the scope of their employment of duties under Education Law Section 3811 by providing coverage and protection for all board members, officers and employees of the school district acting within the scope of his/her public employment of duties as prescribed by Section 18 of the New York State Public Officers Law.

ANNOUNCE 2020-2021 ANNUAL BUDGET VOTE/BOE ELECTION DATE:
Per Revised Education Law 2022, the Annual Budget Vote/BOE Election will be a Tuesday, May 19, 2020, as determined by the New York State Education Department.
