Agriculture and history, baked in

Sondra Rondeau’s Outdoor Education class and Cynthia Rundblad’s Food & Nutrition class recently toured Indian Ladder Farms and learned about how apples are grown, the history of the farms, and the apple cider making process. When they returned to school they baked with the hand picked apples and enjoyed the fruit of their labor!
