Why is it that my parent portal account has stopped working? I was able to log in twice but it no longer works.

Response heading

All parent and student portal login questions should be directed to Chief Information Officer Lucas Larkin at llarkin@duanesburg.org or (518) 895-5350 ext. 268

How come I can't view my grades on the parent portal? I can see my average for each class but I can't see the assignments.

Response heading

To see additional information, such as individual assignments, you need to open/click on the expand button under the assignment section. The expand button is a small square with a (+) sign in it. The district's Chief Information Officer Lucas Larkin can help you with any technical questions. He can be reached at (518) 895-5350 Ext. 268.

The parent portal is a great tool, if the information is updated. Why do numerous teachers not list grades?

Response heading

Parents should contact the classroom teacher who is not posting the assignments or contact the middle school principal.

Why is the report card from last year on the parent portal? It's now November of the next school year?

Response heading

The parent portal software only allows for one report card, progress report, etc. to be posted at a time. The first marking period report card is not distributed until November 18, and therefore can't be shown on the portal until that day or after. We can only post the most recent report card---which is last year's fourth quarter.
