Why aren't we getting a contingent holiday this year or next year? Why did we have school on Friday, May 28 when no other schools did?
This school year, we had three less class days than the year before, so there was no contingent holiday. Also, depending on when school starts and finishes--due to when Labor Day is and the Regents exam schedule--we have various total class days.
