Duanesburg Elementary School donates to Make-A-Wish Foundation

December 2010—This holiday season the DES Community Service Club sponsored Make-A-Wish of the Northeastern New York.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation® grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.

Through the generosity of students, staff and community members, Duanesburg was able to donate $125 to children in the Capital Region area. Thank you!

Everyone who donated received Make-A-Wish paper angels which were hung in the halls throughout the school.
