District conducts "Information Gathering Survey"
We are looking for your input on what's best for our sixth grade students.
November 17, 2010-- District officials are conducting an "Information Gathering Survey" as a way to simply gather input about whether teachers, staff, students, parents and community members think that it's best to keep sixth grade students in the Middle/High School building or move them to the Elementary School.
"It's important for people to know that at this time we do not have any plans except to gather information," says Superintendent Christine Crowley. "We want to know what our community and staff think is best for our students before we make any recommendations or plans."
If you would like to participate, please complete the "Information Gathering Survey." [DOWNLOAD] The survey is set up as an interactive PDF file so you can add text boxes to complete the survey. If you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer, you will be able to complete this survey. If you do not have this program, you can [DOWNLOAD IT FOR FREE.]
Please e-mail your completed survey to the Duanesburg Webmaster by Friday, December 10. All surveys will be collected and delivered to the Superintendent. If you prefer to print out a copy of the survey and complete it by hand, please return the hard copy to either Superintendent Christine Crowley in the district office, Middle School Principal Penny Hardenstine or Elementary School Principal Erica Ryan. Completed surveys can be mailed or hand delivered.
