Senior Ben Gigandet receives 2010 Student of the
Year Award
June 15, 2010—At a recent awards ceremony, Duanesburg senior Ben Gigandet received the Capital Region BOCES Faculty Association Student of the Year Award--Outstanding Student of 2010.
Outstanding is defined as being marked by distinction and standing out from the group. The criteria for this award are growth in achievement of skills needed in a specific occupation, growth in citizenship, work ethic, and leadership ability and pride in their chosen occupation.
